The New Hampshire State Home Show provides the longest running most productive show venue for home and building products within the New England States. For over 45 years - it has been the spring show that consumers visit to meet, learn about and interact with vendors, builders and home solutions providers. With over 350 booths and a history of selling out each year - we encourage vendors to secure their booth reservations early and to participate in our sponsorship and vendor outreach programs to maximize their benefits of participation.

Our Preregistration form is found below. Exhibitors from 2012 may reserve their booth location for next year, by forwarding their deposit on the space by March 30.2012.

During April we will do follow-up with vendors. After May - booth reassignments may begin. Vendors wishing to reposition in the halls must have a preregistration form and deposit on file requesting their new location. Booth reassignments will be prioritized based on receipt date of the preregistration form and deposit.

We've established monthly payment option that will spread your payments over a series of months, if that option helps your budget!

The Home Show Guide Advertising Opportunities

Application for Temporary Food License for food Vendors

Electricity - The Center of NH will provide electricity for a fee. Fill out attached Electrical Request Form, prior to 30 days of the show, payment may be made with your registration to the HBRANH, and the form sent to our office Within 30 days of the show, the form must be sent dierctly to send to the Center of NH with payment.

Target Audience - The Show gives you the opportunity to reach potential buyers searching for new & innovative designs and ideas, for building or remodeling. Show attendees are between the ages of 26-69, with incomes of $52,000 - $160,000, and come from New Hampshire,  Massachusetts., Maine, and Vermont. Families are encouraged to attend.

Booth Awards - A judging committee will select outstanding booths in specific categories. Exhibits MUST be set up by Noon, Friday, March 4th to be included in the judging.

Booth Activities - We STRONGLY encourage exhibitors to conduct interactive activities in their booths. Contests, handouts, drawings, prizes, all attract attention - use them!  Canvassing is limited to your own leased space.

Exhibitors selling or distributing food products of any sort are urged to contact the Manchester Health Department (603-624-6466) for licensing and approvals prior to the show.

Advertising & Promotions - The Home Builders & Remodelers Association has an extensive multi-media campaign combining radio, TV, and print with other promotions. The state-wide blitz runs before and during the Home Show, drawing exhibitors and attendees from all over New England.   Exhibitors will be given exclusive opportunities to participate in some of these promotions.

Mostly 10'w x8'd  Space (some variation , sizes are approximate)

Eight foot back draping w/ three foot side dividing drape
Security
Advertising - The best visibility for your marketing dollar.
An excellent selection of online and onsite advertising opportunities to reach both the consumer and the vendor base.

Parking for Exhibitor Vehicles is available in the lot behind the venue for a single payments of $ 50.

Load In and Breakdown Procedures:

All exhibitors MUST check in prior to set up. Check-in is located at the entrance to the South Hall. Load in begins Thursday, March 3rd at Noon. Larger displays need to schedule for early staging - please call ASAP.


Set-Up:

Thursday, March 1rd ..................Noon - 9:00 P.M. 
Friday, March 2th.......................7:00 A.M. - Noon
Remember not to block your neighbors view, keep back height to 8' and sides to 3' for consistent sight distance down each aisle. (Any variation must be ok'd by show manager) Keep noise minimal. An Administration Fee will be charged for any agreements processed after Final Payment Deadline.

Grand Opening Friday - 6:00 P.M. - All Exhibitors Invited.
Special Exhibitor Drawing for those in attendance.


Breakdown:
Breakdown begins upon announcement of closing of the show Sunday 4:00.
Coordination of move out of larger booth will be made with the show committee.
Breakdown runs from 4:00 to 12:00 midnight Sunday.
We request all booths be removed by end of day Sunday.


Concessions- Food and beverages will be available from the Center of NH during the Show.
